WeekPilot is operated by Yarin Hovel, Israel. Contact: weekpilot08@gmail.com. These Terms govern your use of WeekPilot's planning, task management, projects, progress tracking, sharing, challenges, and AI features.
You must be at least 18 years old to use WeekPilot. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
You retain ownership of the content you enter into WeekPilot. You grant us permission to host, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the features you use, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You must have the necessary rights to upload or share content. Do not use WeekPilot for unlawful activity, infringement of others' rights, unauthorized access, or disruption of the service. Do not enter passwords, payment card details, or information you are not authorized to disclose.
Shared projects, challenges, and week-sharing links can make information visible to other people. Review what is included before sharing. A recipient may copy or redistribute information they can access. Revoking access cannot remove copies already obtained by others.
AI features process your messages and relevant planning information using a third-party AI provider, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misunderstand your intent. Requested actions may create, modify, move, complete, or delete tasks. Review proposed plans and check the results of actions.
AI output is not professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. WeekPilot does not guarantee that AI output will be correct or that using the service will achieve particular results. AI features may be subject to usage limits disclosed in the service.
The price, currency, billing frequency, applicable taxes, trial terms, and included features are displayed before purchase. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, subject to its applicable buyer terms.
If your checkout includes a 7-day free trial that converts to a paid subscription, billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically as disclosed at checkout unless cancelled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal available in account settings. If you cannot access it, contact support promptly. Cancellation stops future renewals; the end of your access is determined by the applicable subscription terms and any rights required by law.
Except where required by applicable law or provided under Lemon Squeezy's applicable policies, we do not offer refunds solely because you stop using the service during a paid period. For billing errors, service problems, cancellation requests, or refund requests, contact weekpilot08@gmail.com.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights.
We aim to maintain the service, but uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and permanent preservation of data are not guaranteed. Keep separate copies of information that is important to you. WeekPilot should not be your sole system for critical deadlines or safety-related responsibilities.
Features may change over time. Material changes to paid subscription terms will be communicated in advance where required by law. Changes do not remove rights relating to payments already made.
You can request account deletion using the Delete account feature in settings. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate processes; check your billing status before deleting. Information retention is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, or material violations of these Terms. Where appropriate and feasible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
WeekPilot's branding, software, and original service materials belong to their respective rights holders. These Terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of those materials.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WeekPilot is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We are not responsible for a user's failure to achieve personal goals. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
These exclusions do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These Terms are governed by Israeli law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. You may contact support to try to resolve a concern before taking further action, but doing so is not a condition for exercising your legal rights.
We may update these Terms and will indicate the updated date. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain renewed agreement where required. Changes will not apply retroactively to remove accrued rights.

Yarin Hovel, operating WeekPilot from Israel, is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact weekpilot08@gmail.com.
We process account information, including your email address, username, account identifier, and authentication information. We also process information you enter into the service, including tasks, projects, schedules, completion status, and progress data.
If you use shared features, we process project membership, invitations, sharing settings, and challenge participation. If you use AI features, we process your messages, relevant conversation history, and planning context.
We process subscription status and billing-related identifiers. Our service providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, request logs, and device or browser information, when delivering and securing their services. Information you send to support is processed to handle your request.
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, save and synchronize your planning data, provide progress statistics, operate shared features, respond to AI requests, manage subscription access, provide support, and protect the service against misuse. AI usage records include request status and token counts for usage limits and service operation.
Providing information is voluntary and is not generally required by law. However, account information is necessary to create an account, and information needed for a particular feature must be provided to use that feature. You can choose not to use optional AI or sharing features.
We use Supabase for authentication, cloud data storage, and backend functionality. We use OpenAI to process AI requests. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for subscription purchases and processes payment information under its own applicable privacy policy and terms.
WeekPilot does not receive or store your full payment card number or card security code. We receive billing information needed to manage your subscription and access to paid features. Hosting, infrastructure, and communication providers may process information as necessary to deliver the service.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect legal rights, or address security incidents.
When you send an AI request, your message, relevant conversation history, and planning context are sent to OpenAI through our backend. This context can include task text, completion information, dates, routines, and current or next-week planning data.
AI processing is subject to the provider's applicable data-processing terms and retention practices. Do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive information you do not want processed by the provider, or information about others that you are not authorized to disclose.
Information in shared projects is visible to participants according to the project's permissions. Challenges may expose your username, participation, and progress to the other participant. Invitations may display information needed to identify the invitation.
A week-sharing link may allow anyone who obtains the link to view the information included in the selected sharing mode. Review the preview before sharing. Recipients may retain copies even after you revoke access.
WeekPilot uses browser storage, including localStorage, to save planning data, preferences, and authentication state where applicable. Clearing browser storage can remove locally stored information and sign you out. Service workers may cache resources needed to load the application.
WeekPilot does not currently use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Third-party checkout pages and service providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies as described in their policies.
Our service providers may process information outside Israel and outside your country of residence. Applicable legal requirements for international transfers must be observed, including appropriate contractual or other safeguards where required. Contact us for information about transfers relevant to your data.
Account and planning information is stored to provide the service while your account remains active. You can initiate account deletion through the Delete account feature in settings.
Deletion does not necessarily remove every record immediately. Certain records may need to be retained for legal obligations, billing, dispute resolution, or security purposes. Copies held by sharing recipients and records independently held by payment providers are not removed by deleting your WeekPilot account. Contact us for details about any information retained after deletion.
Browser copies may also require clearing storage on your devices. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions; check your billing status before deleting your account.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access your personal information, request correction or deletion, and object to or restrict certain processing. Additional rights, including data portability and withdrawal of consent, may apply in some jurisdictions.
You can edit information through the available account and planning controls or contact weekpilot08@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Requests are handled within the time limits required by applicable law. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Protecting personal information requires technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access to support.
WeekPilot is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy and will display the updated date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and additional consent will be requested where required by law.
